Atlantic Coca-Cola Bottling offers an incentive program to employees who successfully refer new employees to the company.
Qualifications:
• The referral form must be completed and on file with Human Resources prior to the candidate’s application (it may be submitted at the time of the application by the employee). Referrals will be valid for 6 months from time of submittal.
• Employees are not eligible to participate in the program if they are involved in any part of the decision-making process to hire that referral, or if they will have supervisory responsibilities for the referral.
• Persons employed at Atlantic Coca-Cola Bottling through a staffing agency, or on a temporary basis, and former Atlantic Coca-Cola Bottling employees are not eligible as a referral.
• Only Atlantic Coca-Cola Bottling employees are eligible for this program. Executives are ineligible for the referral incentive.
• Only one referral payment can be given per candidate hired. If a candidate is referred by more than one employee, the first referral received will be the one rewarded if the candidate is hired. The number of referrals is unlimited.
The incentive will be paid at intervals over the new employee’s first year of employment:
• $250 at the completion of three months of employment
• $250 at the completion of 6 months of employment
• $500 at the end of the first year of employment
Both employees must be employed and active with Atlantic Bottling at the time of payment to receive the bonus. Incentives are treated as income and subject to all applicable withholdings. Atlantic Coca-Cola Bottling encourages the referrals of all qualified candidates.
