Mustard Herb Dressing

Ingredients

1 cup olive oil
½ cup Coca-Cola
¼ cup wine, cider vinegar or lemon juice
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 ½ teaspoons Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
½ small clove garlic, minced

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Beat until well blended.
Pour into a covered glass jar. Chill several hours to blend flavors. Shake before using.
