Coca-Cola® Ham

Ingredients

1/2 ham (5 to 6 pounds)
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 ½ cups Coca-Cola
1 cup crushed pineapple (optional)
Hamburger rolls

Instructions

Wash ham thoroughly. Rub fat side with brown sugar.
Pour Coca-Cola over ham. Pour crushed pineapple over ham, if desired. Bake at 450°F for 3 hours. Serve on rolls.
