1 Mr. Pibb (12 oz can or 20 oz bottle)
1 pump caramel syrup
Splash of heavy cream
Ice
Orange zest, to garnish

Instructions

Fill a glass with ice.
Add caramel syrup and a splash of cream.
Top with Mr. Pibb and stir gently.
Garnish with orange zest.
