If you’ve lost money or a product didn’t vend correctly, click the “Request a Refund” button to start your refund. Be sure to note the location name and account number from the vending machine where you scanned the QR code. Refunds are issued by USPS mailed check only. Credit and debit transactions create an authorization hold equal to the machine’s maximum price, which is released within 72 hours if the transaction fails.
