Coca-Cola® Pecan Pie


  • 1 package (15 ounces) refrigerated pie crust
  • 3 eggs
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ½ cup corn syrup
  • ¼ cup Coca-Cola
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 ½ cups pecan halves
  • Vanilla ice cream (optional)


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Unroll 1 pie crust and place in 9-inch pie plate. Unroll remaining crust and press over bottom crust; gently press crusts together. Fold edges under and crimp.
  1. Stir together eggs, sugar, corn syrup, Coca-Cola, butter, vanilla, and salt in a large bowl. Stir in pecans then pour the filling into pie crust. Bake 55 minutes or until set. Serve warm or cold with ice cream, if desired.
