    Cherry Cola Jalapeno Meatballs

    These appetizing meatballs will give your party the kick it needs!

    Serves 6

    Total Time 3 hr 15 min


    • 50 frozen meatballs
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • 2 jalapenos, seeded and finely diced
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 2 cups cherry cola
    • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
    • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
    • 3 tablespoons water
    • Salt and pepper, to taste


    1. Place meatballs in a lightly greased slow cooker.
    2. In a medium saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add jalapenos and garlic and cook until soft, 2-3 minutes.
    3. Add cherry cola and brown sugar to pan. In a small bowl, whisk together cornstarch and water. Whisk cornstarch mixture into the cola mixture.
    4. Bring mixture to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer another minute or two until sauce is thickened. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
    5. Pour cola mixture over meatballs in slow cooker. Cook on low for 3-5 hours, or until meatballs are heated through and sauce is bubbly.

    Coca-Cola Chicken Wings

    Coca Cola Chicken Wings are fun and easy for your next party! Bake chicken wings until crispy, then douse in a sweet and spicy homemade Coca Cola sauce.

    Serves: 4


    • 3 lbs. chicken wings
    • 1 T. vegetable oil
    • ½ tsp. garlic powder
    • ½ tsp. onion powder
    • 1 (12 oz.) can Coca-Cola
    • 1 c. brown sugar
    • 1 large onion, chopped
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 2 T. soy sauce
    • 1-2 T. corn starch
    • Salt and freshly ground pepper


    1. Move an oven rack to the middle position and preheat oven to 400°F. Arrange cooling racks over baking sheets lined with foil.
    2. To prepare the wings, remove the wing tips; separate the flats from the drumettes. In a large bowl, combine wings with 1 T. vegetable oil, garlic powder, and onion powder. Toss until evenly coated. Arrange wings in a single layer on cooling racks
    3. Bake until wings are crispy, about 45 minutes, rotating baking sheets halfway through.
    4. With 30 minutes of baking time left, heat Coca-Cola, brown sugar, onion, garlic, soy sauce in a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer until reduced by half, about 20 minutes.
    5. Strain onions and garlic out through a fine mesh sieve and return the sauce to the stovetop. Stir in cornstarch, 1 T. at a time, and heat until thickened, about 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
    6. Remove the chicken wings from the oven and toss with the sauce while hot.

    Coca-Cola Chili con Carne

    This savory game day dish is sure to be a crowd favorite!

    Total Time: 40 minutes

    Serving Size: 8-10


    For the Coca-Cola Chili Con Carne:

    • 2 lbs ground chuck or turkey
    • 2 cups beef broth, low sodium
    • 1 cup red salsa
    • 1 cup green salsa
    • 1 cup Coca-Cola
    • 1 onion, diced
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 3 tablespoons chili powder
    • 1 tablespoon creole seasoning
    • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
    • 1 tablespoon black pepper
    • 1 tablespoon onion powder
    • 1 tablespoon oregano, dried, crushed
    • 1/2 tablespoon paprika
    • extra virgin olive oil

    For the Roux:

    • 3/4 cup flour
    • 1/2 cup cooking oil


    1. Mix seasoning blend together and set aside.
    2. In a skillet add about 2 tablespoons of olive oil, add ground meat, onion, and garlic.
    3. Season with 3 tablespoons of spice blend.
    4. Cook for 15 minutes, breaking up meat as you cook.
    5. Drain meat if using beef.
    6. Add broth, Coca-Cola, salsas and remaining spices to meat.
    7. Mix well and cook for about 20 minutes more.

    To Prepare the Roux:

    1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, add flour and stir for about 4-5 minutes, until flour is slightly browned.
    2. Add the roux to the pot, mix well and simmer about 15 minutes.
    3. Serve with Cheese, Ritz Crackers, and green onions.

    Coca Cola Pulled Pork

    So tasty, everyone's going to come back for seconds, or thirds, or fourths!

    Cook Time: 6 hours

    Serving Size: 6-8


    • 1 6 lb Boston butt roast
    • 3 cups bbq sauce
    • 2 cups Coca Cola in the bottle
    • 2 tablespoon creole seasonings
    • 2 tablespoon garlic powder
    • 2 tablespoon onion powder
    • 2 tablespoon chili powder
    • 2 tablespoon black pepper
    • 2 tablespoon paprika
    • 1 tablespoon mustard powder
    • 1/2 cup brown sugar
    • hamburger buns to serve


    1. Rinse roast and pat dry.
    2. Place roast in slow cooker.
    3. Reserve 2 cups of bbq sauce.
    4. Add remaining ingredients to roast, rub well.
    5. Top roast with Coca Cola.
    6. Cook on high 6 hours are until roast shreds easily with a fork.
    7. Remove roast from juices, shred, add back to slow cooker.
    8. Top with bbq sauce prior to serving.

    • 2 lbs chicken breast, or a whole chicken (but be ready to shred) or 2 pounds sliced or diced chicken
    • 1 cup ketchup
    • ½ onion, diced
    • 1 cup of Coca Cola


    Place all ingredients in the slow cooker. Cook on high about 4 hours or until easily cut. Dice or shred. Add to chips, top with cheese, tomatoes and guacamole!
