    Crock-pot BBQ Coca-Cola Kielbasa Bites!

    This quick and easy dish is perfect for any party!


    Total time: 2 hours 40 mins

    Ingredients

    • 2 pkgs. Hillshire Farm Beef Kielbasa {13 oz. each}
    • 1 bottle Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce {18 oz.}
    • 6 oz. Coca-Cola

    Instructions

    • Slice Kielbasa into round pieces approx. ¼ inch – ⅓ inch thick
    • Place sliced Kielbasa pieces in Crockpot
    • In small mixing bowl, combine BBQ Sauce and Coke, and stir well.
    • Pour sauce mixture over Kielbasa in Crockpot.
    • Cook on LOW for 2.5 hours, or until hot.
    • Serve with toothpicks as a delicious appetizer or party treat! YUM!

    Slow Cooker Ribs with Coca-Cola!

    Make these tasty ribs with Coca-Cola in your Crock-Pot!

    Great for Game Day or your Family Dinner!!

    INGREDIENTS

    • 1 rack Pork Baby Back Ribs
    • 1 can Coca-Cola
    • Salt and Pepper
    • 1/2 bottle Barbecue Sauce

    DIRECTIONS

    1. Salt and pepper ribs on both sides.
    2. Wrap ribs around outside of crock pot.
    3. Pour Coke over ribs and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
    4. Cover a oven safe pan with aluminum foil.
    5. The meat will be falling off the bones, so carefully transfer the ribs to the foil lined pan (meaty side up).
    6. Cover ribs with barbecue sauce and place under broiler until sauce starts to sizzle and caramelize.
    7. Remove from oven and serve.
